The very first day my drone came in, I charged the drone batteries and drone remote. - The drone remote died the same day and no longer will charge at all. - The drone will no longer turn on either. - The camera is very loose and unstable so it will not point where you want it to point at There is a "30 day money back guarantee", but that IS A LIE. Within 48 hours of me receiving the drone, I informed them of all the problems. Responses would take a long time to come back to me, and they made up so many excuses. It was going to cost around $210 just to send it back to that company so it wasn't worth returning. I told them I should be given a refund because now I have a completely defective drone and they disregard so much that I tell them. In conclusion, I now have a completely defective drone within 48 hours of receiving. They won't pay for the shipping to send back and it costs almost as much as the drone. No refund or additional parts have been sent. DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM "FLIGHTELF". YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ☆ I AM UNABLE TO RESPOND BACK TO FLIGHTELF REPLY BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY DONT EVEN AKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEMS I MENTIONED... 1. THE REMOTE DOES NOT CHARGE OR TURN ON ANYMORE! 2. I ordered a drone from Flight elf for my son's big Christmas gift. It came used and broken. The broken pieces were not in the packaging nor was the packaging damaged. So this damage couldn't have been excused by bad handling in transit. When I tried to reach them I found the email address for complaints on the site was a fraud email and they would never receive my complaint nor concerns. When I found their actual (I think) email and reached out again they never responded. I spoke with PayPal to help. They finally answered PayPal and said if I returned it they would refund me. I have all proof of address and return, I even have the tracking. After months of no resolution, I talked with the postoffice in China an they said Flightelf refused to pick it up. Eventually the post office had to return my return box back to me. I still have had no refund. I have pictures, time stamps and records of everything. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Check out their Facebook reviews- the same has happened to others.
