One star is not low enough. I paid this company hundreds of dollars for a set of data, but the company only delivered fragments of the specified data. They admitted that they are not capable of finding the data they advertise, but refuse to refund me. Unscrupulous business.

Total rubbish. Waiting to collect family from Dublin on EI3282 and even after an hour delay (family sent text to say they were still in Dublin) the "live" tracker said it was on time. The next update was no more accurate, at least 30 mins out. If you were using this system to coordinate a pickup it's zero value.

My flight MH197 is already delayed for 2 hours and about to be cancelled.. and this so called live site is still showing it is on time!
