I ordered a watch from this company, which I received on 12/8/25. It did not work at all. I contacted them the next day and received a response that “the team” would look it into. I sent them a message with the order number as requested. I’ve heard NOTHING back. I’ve checked in 2 more times , and still no response back. I’d think twice about ordering from them. This company haa a grade of F on BBB website.

I have been following this brand since they were on the Real World San Diego. I have everyone one of their watches and support all their causes. What they do is amazing!
