You get paid after months or not at all
I stopped working with FlexOffers a long time ago mainly because of their payment delays, and I still have the same problem today. I have more than $2,700 showing as approved balance in my account, and some of this money has been sitting there for more than a year. When I contacted them about it, they told me they can only pay after they receive the money from the advertisers. Fair enough, but if advertisers haven’t paid for more than a year, I think it’s reasonable to ask which advertisers haven’t paid and what is actually happening with those commissions. I emailed their accounting department asking exactly that. Which advertisers haven’t paid? How much is outstanding? Are these commissions actually still expected to be paid? 10 days later, no answer. This is one of the main reasons I stopped sending traffic through FlexOffers. I have worked with many affiliate networks over the years and I understand that advertiser payments can sometimes be delayed, but having approved commissions sitting there for this long and then getting no explanation is not something I find acceptable. Just something other affiliates should be aware of before working with them.
