Worst safari ever – filthy camp, horrible sleep, major rip-off We paid 3,000 USD for two people, which is 300 USD more per person than another family traveling with us. From the outset we were placed in extremely unsanitary, mosquito-infested conditions at Nyatu Camp: cockroaches in the bed, no running water, broken doors, and zero hygiene. It was the worst night of sleep in our lives, living in a room that felt like it wasn’t intended for tourists. We couldn’t rest and it felt unsafe. To make matters even more suspicious: although we booked with Flexivel Safari Kenya, everything was actually handled by Jockie Tours or perhaps another subcontractor—Flexivel seemed like just an intermediary with no real control over what we got. It was clear they passed our booking down without ensuring basic standards. And when issues arose, Jonathan disappeared, never responding the phone calls. This was such a betrayal: the worst night of sleep, unacceptable health conditions, and blatant overcharging. If you book through them, expect to be ripped off and treated terribly.

They are so professional and responsible for their customers, their team works hard to keep their customers happy, I’m so happy with the customer service, 100% recommend 👍

We had very high hopes for our 7 days safari with Flexivel Kenya Safaris, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we had. From the very beginning, the communication was lackluster. We had sent multiple emails and messages asking for clarification on the details of the itinerary, but responses were slow and often incomplete. When we did manage to speak with someone, it felt as though they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. Finally we arrived Kenya and shocked for seen their responsibility. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and far from the "luxury" experience described in the brochure. The bathroom facilities were also subpar, with broken fixtures and poor water pressure. To make matters worse, the staff at the lodge were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of customer service. The safari vehicles were old and uncomfortable, and we had constant issues with the air conditioning and seats. The guide who was supposed to show us around had limited knowledge of the wildlife and seemed more interested in checking his watch than engaging with the group.
