Seriously, we looked at several options before deciding to go with Fleetistics. We took the leap of faith because of all the hands on training provided by Brandon and his availability to get answers quickly. Brandon was very patient with all the questions and hasn't stopped providing excellent service for the past year. We just added two more units and our savings for the fleet and the company have passed our expectations.

Being new to Fleetistics my representative Marya Sullivan was extremely helpful in guiding me through the website and how to access areas most important our company needs. Everything was explained to me and if I have any further follow up questions their website has a video explanation of any other assistance I may need.

It is a vast world of many options when deciding on which GPS tracking product to add to your fleet. After speaking with Brandon it was a easy decision. From the low pressure sales to the thorough presentation I was sold by the end of the conversation. Everything to date has gone the way he said it would and the support after purchase has been amazing. If this is how the future remains we will be customers for life.

Fleetistics staff works with you to customize their product to your needs. They provide the information that allows you to improve your fleet and driver performance dramatically. It is very easy to install and maintain. Reports come by text or email as frequently as you need them. Custom reports are no problem. Always know where every vehicle is and how that driver is performing. As a user for over five years, we could not do without it!

I wish all companies had the customer service and support that Fleetistics offers to their customers. Their product is so much more user friendly than another GPS product we had in the past. I would highly recommend Fleetistics!!!
