I will never order from this place again! They lost my package and even though I had paid for purchase protection. It’s a month and I never got my money back or the items purchased. They have a very unreliable shipping company. My order was over $100. It took 2 weeks just to get a response from them. I will never do business with this company again.

My 1st bad encounter with a vape shop online is with flawlessvapedistro.com. Keep in mind that I regularly deal with Chinese, Canadian and American retailers and they've been great! Not the case with flawlessvapedistro.com which seems to be a cover for crooks. Perhaps they abandoned shop, but not without 1st taking every dollar they could from me. I tried emailing "jason" for a status update, but the message was bounced back, same with others. That is a BAD sign, matched with a horrible feeling. Obviously my order was never shipped. I'm now in the process of disputing the transaction so I can get refunded almost $100. Save yourself the money and hassle: stay away from this place! They are NOT even close to FLAWLESS but FL_AWFUL, just AWFUL is more like it...
