Wow the Best Service I ever experienced. I’m still trying to figure out how they were able to give me such great detailed service for such a low price -Aquis Bryant-

Simply amazing!! Can’t go wrong here!!

Amy Sutton was so wonderful to work with. I would use her again or refer her to others. My experience was great!

Great group of people to work with. Definitely will use Smart Realty's services again on our next home! Thank you!

Flat fee access made it extremely easy to sell our house on our own, the next tine we sell a home , we will definitely use this company again!

Flat fee access sold my Flip property in Thousand Oaks CA for 75$. That’s right 75$. I thought it was to good to be true. I’m thinking, what’s the catch. No catch, all business. There service was simple and easy to use. Downloading pics was easy. I hosted my own open house and in the first week got an offer. They provided all the documents and disclosures and even negotiated with the buyers. My agent did a great job in assisting me with everything. The only thing they can improve on is the communication with the buyers agents. Maybe I got lucky selling my house but I couldn’t have done it without Flat fee access. Saved me over $24,000.

Great company to work with, staff is friendly, helpful and made the selling process really easy for me.
