Flatbike, Inc.Reviews of flatbike.com

I recently purchased a Flatern your bike kit from Bob at Flatbike. From my initial email enquiries all the way through to delivery of my kit to Western Australia. My experience was 5 ⭐. Bob answered all my questions promptly and clearly. DHL delivery to Australia was offered as an option and at a very fair price. The kit was ordered on Fri and I received it on Tue ( 5 days delivery including the weekend to Australia) ✅ Most importantly the MTB Pedal kit and the Stem are good quality and function nicely . This kit does as it says on the Box and Bobs Customer Servis is Exceptional....Kinda reminds me of the good old days Thanks Bob

Great and fast communication with company; answering all my questions and allowing for customization of my bike.

I was skeptical at first, then I did a test buy, never looked back ever since. Now I'm a huge fan of the Flat Bike brand. I look forward to purchasing more items in the future. I have my eye on the Change Folding Adventure Bike!

Flatbike was very responsive to my questions and was very knowledgeable.

everything is great

Great service from Flatbike - helped me to figure out the best bike set up, shipped it way quicker than I expected (to the UK). Bob and his team were fantastic and the product is first class

Their return policy is outstanding, great customer service

Excellent product, top quality! I hope that the black plastic ring will withstand daily use in all weather conditions (rain, snow, salt...) for a long time. Every day I take off the pedals and honestly I'm a little afraid of the weather conditions along with the mud. Thank you very much for your cooperation Greetings from Zagreb, Croatia, Europe
