Bob@Flatbike is truly a good person! A company is only as good as its staff, owners, etc, and Bob walked me threw the whole process. I have no idea about tires and inner tube sizes and was a little intimidated by the whole process! I just didn't want to deal with it! After about 1 minute my anxieties were gone, I actually enjoyed talking to him even felt bad for taking up a lot of his time. Thanks for your patience and HOOKING ME UP! You truly are Da Man!

honest up front about the wait due to having to come from international waters. I had spoke to Bob last year but things didn't pan out the way I want( my fault) but this year I did ordered the bike I wanted. Bob helped it make happen now I am just waiting for it to get here so i can start ridding. Thank you Bob, for your time and keeping in touch with me. once i get the bike and go for a few rides will let you know what i think of the bike for riding but i believe it will be great, a minus a sore butt (haven't ridden a bike in over 25 years or close to that ) lol Thanks to all that make theses bike will be great form my road trips to friends and family in other parts of Canada

I recently made a purchase of inserts for my tires from flatbike. The manufacturer sent the wrong size tubes for the inserts. Flatbike researched and found me the correct size and paid to have them shipped to me. They went above and beyond to make this right when it wasn't their mistake. Excellence customer service.
