Nearly 3 months their website stopped working properly, i did the right thing and checked my systems, but it was only flashdelivery.com that wasn't working. I emailed them, they did not respond. I found them on Facebook and messaged them and got a reply saying they will look in to it, nothing changed, i messaged them on Facebook again, and no reply. i messaged them yet again as i really want to use their service, no response. asked politely again, no reply. I left a message on their Facebook group asking for help and a reply from customer service, but a day later they BLOCKED me on Facebook. I don't know why they won't reply, respond or help, and i don't understand why they blocked me and ignore my two emails. they have NO customer service, i feel they are ignorant, and do not want to help with customers and have to deal with problems. It seems they are incapable of running a website. Unpleasant, unhelpful, spiteful people. avoid like the plague. Dreadful.
