Refused to close my account. I lost as much as I was willing to lose($500) and then I wanted to close my account because I will never be sending them another penny. I contacted the live chat and after waiting forever for someone to even join the chat, I asked them to please close my account. They refused to close it. This is criminal. They are required to have responsible gambling options available but they refuse to enact them if they sense you are an actual addict. They want you to be unable to quit.
