At Flalingo, we place great importance on teacher quality because we strongly believe that the right teacher can completely change the language learning experience. That is why our tutor recruitment and evaluation processes are extremely selective and detailed. On average, only 1 out of every 47 tutor applications successfully completes our evaluation process and joins the Flalingo teacher community. Beyond language proficiency, we carefully evaluate communication skills, teaching ability, speaking support, lesson management, student interaction, and the ability to create motivating and confidence-building learning environments. We want students not only to learn English, but also to feel comfortable using it naturally in real communication.
