We installed their vents and pucks a few years ago. However, their software was and is so poor, they could not react to user change immediately, we have to manually turn on and off AC because their temperature hysteresis is so sluggish. Their auto mode does not work, we have to select either heating or cooling modes.

We installed a few Flair vents and pucks in our home because we have exotic pets (chinchillas) that are very temperature sensitive, so we wanted to be able to keep their room chilly without freezing ourselves. Flair was easy to install, works exactly as described, and has worked reliably since we installed it. Couldn't be happier!
