poor quality. extremely greedy with subscriptions and annoyingly discriminative against free users by limiting every basic feature including downloads. it rubs us in the wrong way when an app does that. not to mention the results being extremely poor.

I have been charged for services I did not use, also I have bought credits which dissapeared from my account. I have also generated images, which used my credits but never loaded. I contacted customer support with zero response. Next step will be to contact my banks fraud department.

Flair.ai promised me a refund the 19th of June. Still haven't received any money. They are not responding to emails so you have to threaten by reporting them to the police to get a reponse.

Slow response time from the customer support. They need to work faster with responding to customers, they also indiscriminately deducted funds from my account after they did not let me unsubscribe from their subscription plan.

This product is deceptive. Also, the founder claims to be “pro-woman” when it benefits her, but refuses to use models with diverse body types in the advertisements and has a very elitist mentality due to some of her concerning tweets, but I guess we shouldn’t be too surprised there.

I have been using this tool and, unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. While it may be decent for basic still lifes, its performance in training is poor, as it often distorts the products in an unacceptable way. The only notable feature is the live editing, which is useful. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. The subscription renews automatically, despite being monthly, which is a major inconvenience. Additionally, I have noticed that the website often freezes, affecting the overall experience. A concerning issue is the lack of a clear method to cancel the subscription or delete the account. When I tried to reach out to hi @flair.ai, I received an automated message indicating that the address could not receive emails. This is frustrating and gives the impression that they are making it difficult for users to unsubscribe easily. Fortunately, I managed to contact support @flair.ai, and at least I didn’t receive a bounce-back message this time. However, my experience so far has been disappointing, and I feel that the tool does not deliver the value it promises. In summary, I recommend exercising caution when considering this tool. It does not meet expectations, and the lack of a clear cancellation process is unacceptable.
