Great products and service. We ordered multiple items and part of the order shipped immediately, the Company let us know there could be a lengthy backorder for the remaining portion of the order due to unforseen supply chain issues. We were given options on what we could do, and opted to keep the order open which was subsequently delivered with no further issue. We appreciate the level of personal interest and involvement this company has for their customers.

If I could give your company 100 stars I would do it. John went out of his way to go find a flag that was not in stock at your store and found an equivalent flag, driving miles out of his way. That’s what I call going far and above the call of duty. Excellent service!!!
