If it was for me I didn’t let even one star for them ,, they don’t deserve the money , I ordered one ring that the quality is very very bad , very thin ring that it deforms immediately,, I have other ring very thin but strong and this one started immediately to deform you can put a little pressure because the ring it will deform ,, and just after 20 days one stone it losts, and the client service what it says? You can go at one of the jewelry shops and put in order there, I told them that I lost the stone I don’t have it and they said to me we can make the shipping of a new stone that this stone is so little and not a real stone , but the shipping cost of 80$ are at your costs , they said you don’t pay the stone but the shipping and I told them 80$ is like I am paying the stone in fact, garancy warranty doesn’t exist for them and the product you can’t return or you can’t exchange because (products in the ring category are personalized items made to your specific size; therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange.) That is what they offer to the client,, for me never again with them, so disappointed from the service .. do not buy it because you will lose the money for one product that don’t deserve the money
