FixrunnerReviews of fixrunner.com

These folks know their stuff. I'd been fumbling around for hours trying to figure out an issue and they pointed me in the correct direction right away and offered to help if further assistance was needed. This time is wasn't but I know where I'll go next time and I know there will be a next time. It's a computer thing.

I can't say enough good things about FixRunner and couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them after considerable research following disappointing experiences with independent freelancers I hired via Elance over the years. As someone who runs a popular blog on top of a demanding full-time job, I have for years navigated the difficult challenge of finding the time and budget to keep up with ongoing Wordpress maintenance and management - including, very importantly, optimizing for speed and having robust security and monitoring measures in place. I also have on occasion needed help on an urgent basis to troubleshoot or address a critical problem. My experience with FixRunner has been stellar because: -- They are honest, transparent, and totally professional. They explain issues in layperson's terms and don't try to upsell things you don't need. It's the opposite of my experience with most IT freelancers and companies I've dealt with, who tend to throw around jargon-laden terms to keep you in the dark while charging you more than they should. They have earned my trust. -- They are lightning fast when you have a problem -- remarkably so. I can't believe how quickly I get a response when I need them. That gives me incredible peace of mind. -- They are totally dependable 24/7 and communicate impeccably when performing work. When they say they're doing to do something, they get it done and keep you posted along the way. Quite simply, I'm blown away. I couldn't recommend them more highly to any small business owner or blogger who needs a team they can trust at incredibly reasonable rates.

Wouaw !

Amazing team! This is my first time using FixRunner. Not only did they take care of the problem, but they also had a follow-up meeting to discuss other areas of concern with the website. They were very professional and thorough. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

FixRunner go above and beyond for us. We have 3 hosting services with them. Nish is amazing. Great attitudes and response time is always fast, they can get anything done!

We use them for two of our WordPress sites and not only do we get an initial response back in minutes (longest I've ever had to wait was 5 minutes which is incredible), but they always get the job done and very quickly. We could not be happier with their service and support. I truly haven't seen a tech support company with this high level of service.

Fast, expert and courteous service and coding from Dusan, Nish & Ilija - highly recommended, would work with again in a heartbeat!!!

This team is the best, best wordpress support service.
