I worked with Sam for a few days getting my domain redirected and along the way there were other issues that needed worked out. He was very patient and very fast and efficient with everything. I was very pleased with the end result and how attentive he was during the process. I am excited to use this service on-going and already have a quick fix coming up that i don't need to stress out about doing on my own.

The dashboard to my site was hacked by ransom ware and Fixrunner helped create a way to prevent future hijacking. I now feel I can concentrate on the creative aspects of site and start to grow it with Fixrunner as my backup. SamM was patient with my level of competence and got the job done for me.

From the first conversation with FixRunner, I was impressed with their willingness and ability to help. WordPress can be daunting, and the community forum advice is often difficult for a novice to understand. The FixRunner staff has solved several issues in a timely manner. Their packages are affordable and worth the money. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
