They looked into it immediately and gave me the valueble feedback it's not an issue with my site, but with the social media platform link. So they wouldnt be able to help me. When asked for more info, they didnt hesitate to explain me more, competent and correctly, WITHOUT charge. I am satisfied to know what the issue is, and will definitely use their services again in future.
