WOW!!!! This service is amazing! What a professional team! Thank you so much for solving my problem.

Ilija save my day! my website got crashed and i cant access my admin site. i was so frustrated and no one can help until i found them. they offered to work on the website without getting to pay them and they do not chase for payment once the website is up. everything is based on trusted. my site is fixed within 24hours and it is so important as my shop is a full time online webstore. Love the service and i will definitely get back to you if i have any problem .

Fix Runner is truly 24.7! Support agent Ilija instantly replied even during an urgent case on a Saturday night and chated with me step by step to resolve my broken eCommerce store right there during a LIVE CHAT. which I have yet to experience with any other so called 24/7 agencies on Google. So many Google top ranked WordPress agencies have failed me... fake 24/7, extremely rude support who only care about upsell ...don't do any work and don't refund, retaliate customers by hacking your website...etc. As a small, high traffic ecom store owner, I had to pay so many companies for work that I did myself instead . Fixrunner is definitely different from above and are truly 24/7. Their service looks really promising and trust worthy... if you have a ecom store who needs a true 24/7 fix and a reliable company that doesn't steal your logins, you can count on fix runner.

Really helpful and super quick to sort out my malmare issue on my site that my web developer couldnt sort out;

Our Wordpress site suddenly had an issue with content not displaying properly. I spent time troubleshooting on my own, disabling/enabling plugins, reading through error logs, etc. - and found it was taking too much time to resolve. I contacted Fixrunner and literally the site was operational again in a matter of a few hours. It was a quick and easy process. Highly recommend!!!

Fixrunner has provided fast, efficient support for my small media business, The Economic Review. They are fast and pragmatic in responding to queries/concerns, and carry out critical maintenance on a regular basis without being asked. Would highly recommend.

After spending several hours trying to fix an error on my site I realized it was not something I could fix. I tried working with the plugin's tech support & Wordpress, but they couldn't figure it out. I googled Wordpress site support, and Fixrunner came up. I emailed their support team, and explained the issue to the best of my ability, and within minutes (yes, that quick) Ilija came to my rescue! He was extremely understanding, patient, and more importantly fixed the site rather quickly. And when I didn't understand the fix, he even went above and beyond sending me a video on the fix. That is not your average support experience, period. I was so impressed that I have now signed up for their support and am going to have them host my site so that I can focus on content. I cannot thank Ilija enough for his help and patience. Total life saver!!!!!
