I love the fixnotes community
I've been a member of the fixnotes community for about a year now, and I love it! I found Rob's content on youtube, and was blown away by the level of detail he provides for anyone trying to get into the non-performing notes (NPN) business. The content was so good I jumped into the mastermind, which connects you to other resources as well as opportunities to buy notes from Rob's client. If you want to get into notes, particularly NPNs - look no further than fixnotes. Start with the free skool community. And if you enjoy the interactions and education, explore the mastermind.

It's a detail-oriented business but it doesn't have to be difficult when you follow a system! Thank you for the kind words and looking forward to many years of business together :)

Fixnotes is the place to master mortgage note investing
Fixnotes is an amazing platform, not just to learn mortgage note investing but to apply your knowledge in real time. The community and Rob are beyond welcoming and helpful. Lastly, the resources, the platform are invaluable.

Thank you Alexis!! It's so important to have opportunities to apply your knowledge (like our "Practice Bid Process") - the best way to learn is by doing! It's been a pleasure working together & I'm looking forward to seeing what you accomplish in 2026!

It's been a pleasure working together over the years! I remember when we met (maybe 2011/2012?) - you were a speaker at the Paper Source Conference in Las Vegas. It's almost 2026 & we're still making money together!

Thanks so much for the feedback Shawn, we truly appreciate it! We’re glad you’ve had a great experience with our team and that our support has been helpful. On pricing: we know it’s a real consideration, especially for beginners. Our goal is to make sure that every member gets far more in deal flow, training, and hands-on help than they ever invest, and we constantly refine things so our programs deliver outsized ROI. We’re grateful you took the time to share your thoughts and we’re committed to earning that fifth star!

Thanks Hector! Can you believe it's been 12 years since we started doing business? I just looked and our first deal was all the way back in 2013!
