As a single mom, dealing with a big broken window was stressful enough, and I’d never had to go through the repair process before. I was worried about finding someone I could trust, handling payments, and what would happen if anything went wrong. I found this platform through an online ad and figured I’d give it a shot. The setup was way easier than I expected. I didn’t have to create an account or deal with a bunch of complicated steps. I just sent the contractor an invitation link, and they got set up pretty quickly. Once I paid the deposit, the platform took care of coordinating the payments, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. What I liked most was the 48-hour review period after the work was finished. It was reassuring to know I had time to check everything over and report any issues if needed. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that not every contractor is willing to use the platform yet since it’s still fairly new and not very well known. As more contractors hear about it and start using it, I think that’ll get better. Overall, it made a stressful home repair a lot easier to handle, and I’d love to see them expand into more home service categories in the future.
