Being a small company, IMS doesn't have an IT staff. Whenever I run into problems, all I have to do is call Five9's Support Team. They are cordial, patient, and willing to think outside the box if need be. They are especially generous with their time, knowledge, and experience. If the person I'm talking with doesn't have the answer, they find someone who can help me. I really believe that Five9 is a step above all similar companies. I hardly recommend their services to anyone wishing to use a cloud-based service for telephony projects.
