It is being used by our sales department our CSR department and our QA department. It is a great communication tool, to contact our customers. The best thing about it is its reports are customizable. You can gather as much data as you want (within the last 60 days) The thing I would want improved are the integrations, and the overall friendliness of the UI, it can be scary and hard to use.

I have been an admin for multiple companies utilizing the Five9 Contact Center applications. I have used the applications in multiple facets of outbound/inbound contact centers, and can say that it is the best solution on the market. While it takes long to master all the suite has to offer, diving in and getting things created is simple. If you are looking for an outbound dialer or looking to route inbound traffic, Five9 makes it a simple process from start to implementation.

After our call center manager passed away, I had to take over his responsibilities the next day. I knew what Five9 was, but i had little knowledge in how to use it. The Five9 platform was very straight forward. The online training was outstanding! I still had lots of questions and had to make numerous calls for support. Their customer service was very knowledgeable and eager to help!
