Also with a great deal of privacy locking on their Whois report. Now that relationship has be established. I would have nothing to do with the “company”. However though do to a transfer cycle my bank account was fortunate/unfortunate enough to decline a charge for 39.99 by sphtcsg.com who is solely connected to five9. Made on a day and at a time I was unconscious in bed. Since app.five9.com seems to be running this generic shady website. I am looking to you to rectify this attempt theft likely some probing attack. If during my investigation if I find even a hint that five9 owns this site I will leverage every action angle my counsels firm can find and bring every federal investigatory agency ,service, and body that will have an interest in a large company steal money damaging the citizenry’s already strained state with additional false financial information.

This company keep on making transactions on my card without me having anything to do with them. I don't even know who,what or where they are. I had to cancel my bank card twice and then contact them to reverse the transaction

This company is a scam. I signed up as a reseller affiliate and after bringing a client they never paid and stopped returning any calls or emails. They kept telling me they are looking into it but it's been months and the client paid and they still won't return a simple call or email. Then I was forced to work with them and the customer support is BEYOND horrible. They refuse to answer even simple questions directly and have some weird superiority complex where they want to make you feel like an idiot. I thought this was a legit company because of the price and the size but they operate like some fly by night basement run company.

There soft phones always have problems.You have to uninstall them probably once a month and things like updating you Mac OS to the latest version they will just tell you that a 5 billion dollar company doesn't support a planned OS release that happens every year. I do not see how this is something that happens for such a large company.

Worst customer service ever! 7 years salesforce admin and I never had such horrible experience with antipathetic techs. Update: We getting some Apex code errors - tech support try to solve it for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks they set me up with professional services... 30 min call, which I explain my issue, the answer was "go read the admin guide" (1000 pages). issue never solved. We pay for List Sync Plus, by Five9 docs this what we need to load custom objects, but we get APEX code error, and Five9 ask us to pay for bug fix?

Its an automatical dialer that will get your sales people hooked up to calls. I have nothing else positive to share, ehich is sad. Most sales people could make many more dials working manually. The five9 team made alot of promises and didnt deliver on them. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable and high level but frankly was just very good at rebuttals and telling the customer what they wanted to hear. When it got time to purchase and use the software there were a number of items that just weren't true or left out.

At first glance a great solution. We were assured the system integrated with our CRM, Zoho seamlessly. Several attempts and many many hours of phone calls and it turns out the system did not integrate as well as promised...which is absolutely OK under many circumstances! The issue is they will not refund your money. I would have given their system another opportunity at a later date, but the cards were shown and they did not do the right thing.

I bought this service to integrate in in netsuite. They promise me to refund the amount in case the service doesn't meet my needs, this not happend. A lot of emails to the customer care and administrative rep without answer. Terrible experience, absolutely NOT reccomended!
