Access to tier 2 and above support can be slow

We have used Five9 in a small business call center for around a year and have been very happy. The system isn't perfect, but it's the best solution we have used after trying out a few others before it. Once Five9 has integrated Web Chat for our agents that use a web softphone, I will gladly give them 5 stars! I would recommend Five9 to others for sure!

Excellent system, great team, and excellent support.

Five9 is an incredibly useful and powerful call center application. I'd honestly give it a 5-star review if I wasn't left in the dust by our primary admin who left our company and then the responsibility fell to me. I had to do all of my own independent learning piecemeal since Five9 University and its online knowledge base aren't that useful for brand new admins to the system. What good is a Ferarri if you don't know how to drive it, you know? It's only after being the primary admin for about 8-10 months now that I somewhat understand what I'm doing. Their customer support team and our dedicated technical account manager have been critical to our company's success and my learning of how to be an admin on this platform.

At our company, we've used five9 for many years. I find that five9 is a perfect fit for a company that wants big call center features in a suite that requires no special hardware or complicated back-end systems. It runs perfectly on low-end computers and inexpensive headsets, and the call recordings can be saved/moved to any storage device. My only complaint is the pricing structure, but I believe they are improving this. It can be a bit confusing to keep track of your running costs with long distance use fluctuating from day to day and the addition and removal of seats, and geographical numbers.

The Good: It does what you need it to do. The Bad: Old admin interface. Expensive vs some of the other platforms we use.

Very focused on customer satisfaction. A little heavy on surveys though.
