BUYER BEWERE This is our personal and factual experience. We have held off making this review to allow this alleged professional company to do the right thing. FACT we put down over €11,000 holding fee on a house we liked, we signed a contract that clearly stated if the loan from the bank is not approved we would have our money returned FACT we emailed The company and the alleged director Daryl twice. FACT we had a close friend and lawyer who represents us globally also hand a copy of the letter from the bank which would entitle us to our money back. FACT the company fails to recognize receipt of the information And tries to intimidate and belittle us with unprofessional and personal emails. FACT- when our friend went in to hand in the letter Daryl clearly said F- them and was aggressive and none compliant. FACT we have a recording of the whole conversation to prove. FACT - we are not alone in suffering gross misconduct and illegal behavior by this company, we have gathered together so far a handful of people who is in the same predicament and if anyone reading this is unfortunate enough to be in the same place please get in touch so we can take your statement also. RECOMMENDATION - it is my pure recommendation to stay away from this company and use a trusted company. Next time we will also use a Limassol or Nicosia lawyer so there is no affiliation to this circle. I will probably get a reply saying they do not recognize me like they do on all the other negative posts but it only takes a little common sense to see through it. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMMITTING TO THIS COMPANY.
