Update: A wonderful rep was able to figure everything out and resolve my issue. However, the subscription used to charge me wasn't even assigned to my account. Shady stuff. I'll bump from one star to two. And for reference and clarity, this rating is for subscription and shady billing practices, not the collars themselves. They are hefty, well constructed and seem as if they'd do well. We haven't gone past our property with them yet so can't comment on longer distance connectivity. Total rip off artists. Charged me for a subscribe and save order under an account that isn't even active. There is NOWHERE under my active account that shows or allows cancelation of subscriptions. Website and app take you in circles and makes it almost impossible to navigate to anything to do with billing. Had to contact customer service to address unauthorized charge and am waiting for a callback as we speak. My next stop is Better Business Bureau.
