This company’s customer service is horrible. Have attempted to get questions answered regarding membership from mt BCBS plan and they have yet to respond to emails and chat requests. Tried calling their customer service number and made mistake of choosing option for callback and still have not received call back 4 hours later. If my plan sticks with this atrocious company in 2026 may have to change to different provider.

absolutely an incompetent company, I have been trying for over a week to get things straightened out with them. Excellus BCBS is my medicare advantage choice but am seriously thinking of switching to aetna because they have a silver sneakers or silver and fit programs. BCBS should rethink their fitness provider.

I really want to give ZERO stars, this company, if you want to call it that, is THE WORST!!! Since changing plans from Aetna MA to Highmark MA, Fit On is the plan they offer. There is NO ACTUAL person you can talk to about the confusing gym membership benefit and they haven’t responded via email for over a week. Seems like Bots created and run everything. Totally disgusted with this offering, useless!!!

It took me days to get their website to actually list the YMCA I belong to. However, I have not been able to sign up for classes, buy any of the equipment they promised, nor have they returned inquiries

I just began receiving Medicare Advantage with Excellus BC/BS in upstate NY. Fit on health is the contracted company they use for fitness benefits. So far, 2 weeks into JANUARY and I have been unable to access this benefit due to a glitch in the virtual credit card system that Fit on health uses for non network gyms. I am also considering a switch to MVP as they have Silver sneakers, that my gym accepts. Excellus needs to reevaluate their contract with Fit on health.

Horrible organization. Extreme difficulty with gym membership. Customer service is not any help. Contacted them 3 days ago and have gotten no response. Was on hold for 3 hours and then chose the call back option and never got a call back. Paying gym membership out of pocket. Will be changing my Medicare Advantage plan!

FitOn received contracts with Excellus & Highmark Blue Cross in WNY for Medicare Advantage plans effective 1/1/25 and they are off to a rough start. There have been major problems with online enrollment, lack of accessible customer service, overpromised benefits & under-delivered with limited in-network providers. They have a complicated monthly benefit credit model that is a nightmere for members especially snowbirds who travel south for 3-6 months. Silver & Fit and Silver Sneakers are much larger, better & less complicated plans for MA members to use.

This is the first year I have not had silver sneakers as part of my health coverage. Fit on is deficient in what it offers compared to silver sneakers. I am looking into changing my healthcare insurance over this.
