Is there any customer service? No reply ever since January 1. Why The Face? - Achievements are not properly being awarded. I worked out on my birthday but no badge. I exceeded the week 1 goals but no badge. - My wallet has a negative $112 but I never bought or registered for anything. - Meet your goals and social activities to make money. How and where can I use the $$. - wish I could use gym money for my personal gym

Signed up for my Highmark BC-BS membership but have not received an email confirmation which I need to attend the gym of my choice. Website is terrible. Called their customer service and was put on hold for 30 minutes, then cut off.

This "benefit was part of my health insurance. Fiton never even sent me any information about how to use it until January 25. I missed an entire month of benefits and they would not even respond to my complaint except to say "Thank you for your patience! We’re in our busiest season and appreciate you bearing with us." Then they stopped communicating with me.

Yes, as seen below, the online service is horrible. Bait and Switch. How did BCBS ever, ever go with this company? It does not give me much confidence in their judgement or their desire to actually serve their customers.

They claim to have paid my gym membership, but my gym says they did not pay it. So, where did the money go? I think FitOn is a scam. Customer service is basically useless.

Customer service is terrible, they say they will call you back in 24 hours ( which does not help when you need something done in a quicker manner and they never call you back They also will charge your account even if you do not sign up, if you just talk with a gym and the Gym looks up your account in their system

This is the worst customer service of my life. I have been trying to contact support for assistance and only receive canned messages from an AI chat that does not answer any of my questions. This has been going on all month. I have been unable to use this benefit from my health plan because of the poor customer service.

The only benefit is a “free” gym membership through my BC-BS advantage plan. The app appears to be useful to pay the YMCA monthly fee, maybe? Oddly FitOn claims to pay the Y more than twice the price the Y charges everyone else. It appears FitOn also offers on line workout videos. I assume some folks use these. (Every advantage plan offers “free” gym membership, but FitOn does complicate things.)
