You charged my card for the full price without the two discounts that applied. Tried calling by phone three times wth no success and had sent message through your site which was never responded to. Had ti did a partial dispute through my credit card company. My time is valuable to me. You've wasted a bunch of our unnecessarily. I Recognize it's likely a glitch in your system (showed me the correct "grand total" before charging my card the full pricee), but on money, that's unacceptable.

I haven’t received my stuff I ordered a month ago

Terrible service. Will never be back. Id rather spend more money and at least get decent customer service.

Ever since the move from NH, the service level, website, and product prices have gotten worse. I've begun using other online retailers that ship faster, have lower prices and better service. It's a shame as I've been a customer for a long time - but no longer.

I placed and order for protein powder, a shaker cup, and lipo 6 capsules. I received everything except the power because it was back ordered. I got an email stating that the product was backorderd please choose a different flavor. I responded with a different flavor choose and I have not heard anything or received the protein power. I would like to either have my money refunded back to me or send me the product that I ordered!

Couldn't get a call back from customer service at all. Left 3 voicemails and plent of calls and nothing. Simple product availability shouldn't be this hard to answer. Already had one instance where they didn't have product (website said available). And had to wait a week and go through bs to get it refunded. 1 star is generous!
