Fitness First USAReviews of fitnessfirstusa.com

Ordered 2 redcon1 fadeouts. Both were tainted and foul. 1 smelt like feces the other tasted like it. The 1 that smelt like it didnt have any kind of manifacture seal. I attempted to contact fitness first USA to ask what could be done several times; never received a response. Great, got 2 fadeouts at roughly half off, none of it useable.

Shipping was fast but what’s the point if I Received an expire item. The refund process with out exaggeration took more then 3-5 business days !

I bought BSN Amino X Edge and the photo was of the Fruit Punch flavor. There was no indication in the text that there would be a different flavor. Upon receiving, I reached out to customer service regarding the wrong flavor. No response. Nothing. Couldn't even be bothered to respond. Won't be using again

Bought the item to find out a couple of days later that they don't even have the item I purchased.

Didn’t get my recent purchase. When they processed my order the apt number was inputted wrong. I emailed them and didn’t get any reply. I went to usps and they said they’ll mail it back to the sender. I called the hotline and no one was answering. Then their voicemail was full. I called again the next day and they said they’ll send it once they get the mail back. So yea now I’m just waiting. No one sent me a follow up email or whatsoever.

Always delivered quickly. I have no idea how to use my points though?

Subpar quality control. Ordered 6 items and only received 1. They don't respond to emails either.. horrible experience

I ordered some Total War preworkout that claimed to have DMHA in it, but upon receiving it I realized it was a different version that the one on the website. I tried to get an answer (emailed twice) but have still yet to hear anything. I have never had such poor customer service from any other site (I’ve ordered from dozens). I’ve always been taken care of right away so not sure why I can’t get a response.
