Great company. Never had a problem till last order. Got hung up on their system. Had to wait additional time. On top of that, never received free product promised.

In the past, the company and their reps on the phone have been awesome! However, since I haven't ordered form them in over a year, when I logged on they somehow deleted my account. I lost all my points and when I sent them an email through customer service asking them about this, I never even received a response. I don't know if they got bought out but this is very disappointing. I may consider shopping elsewhere. **Update - immediately following my review, the company reached out and apologized for the mix up and reinstated my previous points. In addition, they offered my an additional discount on my next purchase. I am happy to see I was wrong and they continue to provide excellent customer service.

Always a deal and good selection to be found

An excellent appetite suppressant and energy boost. Gentle enough that even though your not hungry you can still eat if you want to. A perfect companion to the Atkins diet and it's lack of energy problem.

Very speedy delivery

In reality they should be five stars but often I try to order things and they are backordered. Not sure if I should look at this being the fault of the manufacturer or the buyer not buying enough to keep up with the run rate. But often I need to go elsewhere to purchase some of my regular items. I do not like doing this because overall these guys are awesome.

The customer service was great. The only downfall was the very slow website. It was also hard to navigate / awkward UI.

Standard shipping from UPS is slow.
