Fitness First USAReviews of fitnessfirstusa.com

Your website needs some work. Whatever changes you made were done poorly. I can't remove items from my carry without getting an error and the flavor shipped to me for the product i ordered wasn't even an option on the drop down menu selection. Lots of bugs in your website.

I’ve been ordering from fitness first for about 12 years. The website now is literally the slowest website I’ve ever been on and every month I go through the same experience. I go to place an order of 1-10 items and it’s tskes me about 45 minutes to complete the order because of the website. I’ve complained about this for a year now and nobody seems to care. Fitness first was better before it was bought.

Unreliable. I used to to order from this website all the time and never really had any bad experiences up until recently. 1) A few months ago I placed a large order, of which, one item was backordered (just the specific flavor I wanted). I got an email stating they expected the flavor to be in stock very soon and asked if I would like to wait or get a different flavor. I interpreted very soon as same day or maybe next day so I said I could wait. A week later, my order still hadn't shipped. This was eventually worked out but better communication could have led to a better experience. 2) Related to their website. It was never the best browsing experience but it got the job done. Recently I had such a poor experience with the speed of the website that I almost left for good. I sent in an email to customer service and received a reply stating they were working on it. 3) My last order is essentially the last straw. I placed an order on April 30th for some protein and a couple other items that were bundled. The website showed no indication of the protein being out of stock. On May 9th, my order still showed "Processing" so I submitted a customer service ticket questioning what was happening. About 1 minute after my ticket was submitted, I got an email stating my order had shipped, and a reply to my ticket stated the protein was on back order and would be shipped separately. It is now another 10 days later and I have not received the protein. There is no indication on my account that the protein wasn't shipped nor does it show an estimated ship date. Who knows when it will show up. On a positive note, for those of you who live in the Charleston, SC area, the store is probably the best fitness retailer in the area, although I have been in there for 10 minutes before seeing an employee in the past, and I've placed orders for in store pickup that weren't even started on until I showed up in the store.

Ever since the company was sold it’s not the same anymore. Why fix something that’s not broken? The discounts aren’t good , they added random products that take away from the basic supplements. The cash bucks are less. The new website is overwhelming with so many products. It’s like a whole foods for supplements. You can buy protein powder , gluten free bread and scented oils for your aroma mister.

No more freebies like I used to get

The website is not as fast and responsive as it used to be prior to the upgraded webpage. Also, there seems to be an issue where a product says its in stock, but when I click on the product and add to cart. It shows that it is "sold out".
