As a highly critical older lady who has bereavement/food issues ~ Fitmate has been faultless. The privacy of WhatsApp was my top priority and you can take any picture and ask any dumb question any time, and not feel ignored or talked down to. Ditto all the details of the other reviews below too !

Great service, Fitmate has helped me realise my goals and stay motivated especially through lockdown. I would highly recommend this customised one to one accountability service for reaching your fitness goals

I have been very happy with my experience with my fitmatecoach so far. I have received a lot of useful information and recipes to work with and guidance on what I am doing right (and wrong) along the way. This is a very cost effective way of having regular personal input throughout the week to keep me on track and try to ensure that I am learning a new way of eating well rather than a fad diet. More to learn, I'm sure, and I look forward to it.

My experience so far with fitmate has been brilliant ! I’ve learnt so much from my coach in just a few weeks so far and made progress with not just weight loss but with overcoming the mental barriers that have stopped me making progress in the past. I feel mentally and physically much better than before, the nutritional aspect is so helpful and the program lets you make progress in a flexible way with no rigid meal plans and plenty of advice and support. Highly recommend !

I've been followed for 4 months from Fitmate, specifically from Alon and he didn't just gave a diet but a lifestyle to follow, a new way to enjoy food losing 10kg in so short time, always ready to answer your doubts. Really recommended!

I joined Fitmate with a goal of getting in shape and feeling better about my body. I have have been exercising and eating healthy all along but needed a boost. In 5 months I have lost over 12 kg and I feel great and have more energy than before. It also allowed me to re evaluate some of the habits that were dragging me down and learn to better manage these. Although I have been trying some of the same approaches as Fitmate on my own prior to joining the program, I found it very helpful to have a coach. It gave me the quickest and most reliable path to reaching my goals and also a sense of accountability. The results by far acceded what I was hoping for and what I was able to reach on my own in the past.
