I think its great that this program not only focuses on nutrition but health as a whole. It gives simple goals that target consistently and allows you to build a healthier lifestyle overall. Additionally your coach consistently checks in with you and gives you feedback.

It’s built on a higher lean protein + high fiber + lower fat model. Set goals each week with a coach who you can set up quick video checkins with. Goals can seem a little formulaic (eat lean protein, get more fiber, drink enough water) but if you ask for other goals the coach can design any goal you want (do relaxation exercises, pre-plan snacks etc). I think the key is to know what you need and ask for it if their baseline goals and interactions are not what you are looking for.

I’ve been on the program for 2 weeks and I find it to be one of the best I’ve tried. The method of teaching people how to build healthy habits with regard to diet, exercise, sleep, etc. is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It is actually a program that will work and be sustainable for the long haul. My personal coach, Sam, is very knowledgeable and supportive, and available throughout the day giving feedback. The accountability factor is one of the big reasons I joined too. I’m very encouraged that this is going to help me get healthier and stay that way. I’m very happy! Thanks to the plan creator too for the great informational videos and audio messages! I’ll spread the word to my family and friends about Fitmate.

I love Fitmate! My coach is so encouraging and provides excellent feedback and valuable insights. I was hesitant to join but I’m so glad I did. This program breaks down goal into small doable segments so you don’t get too overwhelmed. Definitely recommend!

I'm just 5-weeks into my Fitmate journey but I am so happy with this program! It is just what I've been looking for. I've lost about 14 pounds so far and I am eating food that I enjoy with helpful feedback and suggestions from my coach. Sebastian is wonderful, he listens and makes sure I feel comfortable with the goals we're setting each week. I appreciate the accountability and encouragement I receive, and also that everything is done in an easy to use app. I feel like this service is affordable and beneficial to anyone who is serious about losing weight or getting healthier. I am confident that I will continue to be successful with this program and beyond.

What I like most is their honesty. These coaches do a great job of critiquing meal options, making recommendations, and offering guidance on how to do it better next time, if necessary. Time is spent each week considering what has taken place in the past week and the best way to attack the coming week. Communication occurs daily and it feels natural. I would recommend Fitmate to any of my friends.
