We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We would like to clarify that our website is not intended to be deceiving. For most products, we provide real product images, product details, material information and size charts so customers can review the item carefully before placing an order. Our return and refund policy is also available on the product page, at checkout and throughout our website before purchase. Regarding sizing, we provide size details so customers can check measurements before ordering. If the correct item and selected size were delivered, size/fit issues may not qualify for return under our policy. However, if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not match the product details shown, our support team can review the case when clear photos are provided. Our customer support team is available 7 days a week and we actively review customer messages, order issues and feedback to improve our products and supplier quality. In this case, our team replied to your concern before this review was posted and offered support based on the information provided. We understand your frustration, but we do care about customer satisfaction and take product quality concerns seriously.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify your order was placed through Zulily, not directly through FitiqueFit. Zulily is one of our retail partners. For orders placed through Zulily, they manage the customer order, payment, communication and support process, then provide us with the shipping details for fulfillment. Because the purchase was made on Zulily’s platform, we do not have access to your Zulily account, payment details, or full customer support history. Any refund request, order status question, or account-related issue must be handled directly through Zulily Support. We understand your frustration and recommend contacting Zulily directly so they can review your order and assist you further.
