From day one till now I’ve been very impressed with Fit Father project. Story behind why it was put together is amazing and the thoroughness and thoughtfulness with which the project and its team members was unexpected and continues to be delightful. I am especially thankful that the program is founded in scientific basis and provides that information for those who like to read up on it and understand why it works. I’ve been averaging about 10 pounds of weight loss per month and I’m excited to be starting my fourth month on program.

i am extremely happy to have joined the Fit Father Project. It got me back into exercise, after years of not doing anything for my body. I am 63 years old, and weight 160 pounds, I do not have a muscular build. I am a skinny type. I have not joined to become muscular, but to become stronger before I enter old age. In that sense, I have accomplished what I set out to do. Your program is what I required. I have received wonderful advice from Kat Schaefer, a very special friend and motivator. By herself, reason enough to join the Fit Father Project.

FFP has been a wonderful, life-changing program for me. It started me on a path toward increased fitness and improved health. At age 66, and almost 4 years into FFP, I feel far stronger and more vibrant than before.

If you truthfully follow the plan you'll lose weight. It's not easy, it's hard work and takes a lot of mental resolve. But if you can pull it off, the plan works. I went from 225 in April 2022 to currently 188 (September 2022). It has changed my life and I plan to make it a lifestyle for hopefully the rest of my life. I'm currently 45 years old.
