I have just now been able to drink the fat burn shake. Not bad except for the spinach on my teeth. The shake did taste good. The shipping of the whey protein was good and on time.

I would appreciate an app over a website. Could build in food log and workout stats etc. But the program works and goals in progress!

I love the program You guys have nailed it on the content the only thing I would change would be to have it all in a one stop app. Having emails all over the place has me forgetting what information was in what email. Otherwise I really feel at home in this program. It makes everything so doable. I’m recommending it to all my friends.

I love the structure and information Dr. Anthony provides. I’m not thrilled at the cost to continue with the program after the initial 30 days though.

Greetings, I'm a new member ofthe "brotherhood" and about to finish my second week of FF30X phase 1. At my week 1 weigh in I had 5 pounds. I'm quite pleased with this result. Why only 4 stars, I wish to complete the this first 30 days of FF30X before giving my final review. In saying that the FF30X speaks to me at a soul level being a 60 year old. It's well layedout,very engaging an hold you accountable. It will however be only affective as to the effort you apply. So your "Why" before heading into thi amazing program. I do highly recommend FF30X. Let's get our masculinity back ad become strong. This world needs more "real men" such as us to lead the way.

FFP is great in every aspect. The information, the quick follow-up from the team and the products are all superb. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was I found all the videos, links and emails pretty cumbersome to navigate through. I understand the intent is to give access to the information but I found it difficult to start at the beginning and follow through in order. If on the fence about trying FFP, go for it — it works.

Great results with initial start up of exercise and meal plan. Needs more 'coaching' follow up, maybe a real human monthly review besides sending out the weekly robot emails. Facebook group is a plus, but as a paid service, advise should come from coaches and not fellow clients only.
