I have been so happy in finding this FFP program and tell others about it when they ask what I'm doing for personal care. I may not follow it to the letter, as I know I should, but in view of continued healing to my left shoulder with PT that I'm engaged in, I'm kind of limited in what I am able to do. Yet with the encouragement of the FFP Team, I am maintaining a balanced plate, keeping myself hydrated, sleeping better, walking a bit more than usual and overall feeling more energy. I have lost around 76lbs. dropping from 297 to currently 221. Waiting patiently in my recovery to finally get into the Apex 10 which has been put off way too long. Just have to be patient a little while longer. Grateful that the FFP Team has not given up on me and continues to offer support through the Facebook Brotherhood as well as email communication and new videos to update techniques as well as reinforce things I have already learned. Thanks to the FFP Brotherhood.

I can’t say enough about the Fit Father team. Customer service is always spot on along with the staff. I’m a lifetime member and I’ve transitioned through various issues with my back. The team’s provided alternative approaches to completing workouts to suggestions on stretching etc to get me back in the fight. Each one of them truly encourages and inspires us to strive to be the best versions of ourselves.

I regularly recommend fit father project to men over 40. I found it to be very helpful. I’ve lost 32 pounds and kept most of it off. I’m doing the FF30X again because I believe it is very effective. I’ve also “gifted” an FM30X to my girlfriend (who happens to be my ex-wife).

Was skeptical about this since I found it on an Instagram add. I decided to give it a try and was very pleased with the entire process. Yes there were some "cheesy"motivational steps that you took, but THEY WORKED. Yes Fit Father Project sells some supplements and suggest some of these as well in their workout and meal prep guides, but they also give recommendations for other high quality supplements and the protein powder is VERY TASTEY. This is NOT a one time purchase and thanks for your money routine, there is an entire email journey that you are on that keeps you motivated and accountable throughout the 30 day experience.
