The FitFather Project has been around for a while. I first signed up with FFP In April 2019, but for some reasons or not, I have not fully committed myself because I guess I wanted instant results. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way, you have to put in the work in order to reap the benefits. Since then, I have been like a yo-yo to FFP but they have always welcomed me with open arms and tried always to work with me. This year when I saw FFP on social media and YouTube and some of the guys who were members of FFP back in 2019, and how fantastic they looked today! Looking myself in the mirror and seeing how the years having taken a toll on me and seeing my eldest brother passed away on Veterans Day 2022, with pretty much the same kind ailments I’m with now! In September, I re-started FF30X Phase I, and just completed it! I am in Phase II Now feeling so good on what I have accomplished and how FFP Success Support Team and FFP Members keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself and not give up. This time, this will be my life time goal and I plan to beat myself everyday!!! Thank you Dr. A, FFP Success Support Team and the FFP MEMBERS!!!

This was my second order of the Super Fuel product. There’s 2 items not often mentioned but are absolutely true. 1. I my preference is to mix super fuel with 30 calorie Almond milk but I tried the directions on the box and mixed in in water it was really good. 2. I have tried numerous Protien powders. Super Fuel is the only one that makes me feel full and really could be a meal substitute. It truly decreases cravings. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I’m 3 weeks into the Phase 1 workout and having success.

The outlines of the diet and exercise routines were extremely effective. I lost 35 pounds within 60 days. I also got back into shape and feel great! I have kept up with the meal plans and exercises and have maintained a healthy lifestyle, and it has been almost a year now. The realistic approach of not counting calories is a great way to maintain a healthy diet and stick to it!

This program is prefect for me. It has helped me tweak my eating habits and workout routines. Also, the brotherhood keeps me accountable and offers support. Before I joined FFP, I was thinking about getting a trainer. For me, this is a much better option.
