Since my enrollment in Fit Father I’ve become pleasantly accustomed to working out regularly and is very pleased with my results. Following the recommended diet has been challenging for me only because I struggle with reducing sweets in my diet. Overall, my results have been just great and I have received multiple compliments from others. I also have benefited from the recommended supplements. Highly recommended for those in my age group (62) who are serious about improving health and appearance.

FFP has changed my life. I’ve known for years that water intake is important, exercise is important (both resistance training and cardio), protein intake is important, complex carbohydrates are important, and green vegetable intake is important. I’ve incorporated all of this into my life for many years but could never put it all together. This program put structure behind all of that. Any “quick fix” diet out there is not sustainable. If weight comes off fast, it’ll go back on just as fast. Once you’re ready to truly put forth the effort and are completely finished with being unhealthy and overweight this is the program for you.

I love this program because it is the first one to get me to list the benefits and the costs of getting fit. This helps keep me on track and realistic.
