The Superfuel is a great product! Effective, taste is good, and makes a good occasional meal replacement.

I really enjoy all the workouts with the trio for now. I know it's going to get tougher. I enjoy Dr. A's knowledge on almost everything really enjoyed the articles on supplements. Having Ben answer questions and and respond to our posts is a help to stay motivated. Very happy with everything and I feel so much better. Looking forward to the future.

Been a member for 4 years now. The program works. I lost 40 pounds in the first 9 months, my goal, and have kept it off. The support has been fantastic. It’s a program that makes sense and works for me. I’m glad I discovered them. I highly recommend FFP.

Product came in timely manner

Fit Father Project has changed, and probably saved/extended, my life! By following the nutrition guidelines and principles, and the training plan, I lost over 100 lbs and am in the best shape of my life at 52 years old!! Dr. A., the FFP support staff, the Brotherhood - community of like minded men and the app are above and beyond what I have seen or tried in any other health & fitness program! I highly recommend the Fit Father Project to anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle & mobility, and take back control of their health!
