The plan is laid out really well and has given me a perfect guideline for my health and wellness. The web interface is great, the videos and all very well done! This is life changing lifestyle plan.

This program is perfect me. The team is super responsive and supportive. The step-by-step fitness program and meal planning is exactly the thing I need. And I can go as far as I want to learn more about the why of each step. Sometimes I dig in. Other times I take a moment to study up. Falling off a bit happens with a busy life, but FFP makes it easy to pick right back up. And I really appreciate the little things they throw our way from time to time to check out - like the Breathwork and the Yoga. Thank you FFP.

Though I’ve had some unexpected and beyond-my-control hiccoughs in getting “officially started”, I have received outstanding support and know that Dr. A has “Success” built into his complete system. I can’t wait to see the results when I’m able to fully commit. I know that I’m a Fit Father for life and that I have dedicated support along the way, the entire time. As programs are added and tweaked, I continually reap the benefits, without ever having to pay more and there is no expiry date on my lifetime membership (as there is with some other paid services out there . . . which renders the whole “lifetime membership” slogan somewhat oxymoronic for them). The Fit Father suite of products is a veritable bargain which allows Brothers to actually attain what Ponce de Leon was erroneously charged with searching for.

Simply put...life changing.
