I love the content of the weekly information, and the products I get. Very important to me. I’ll be 65 this December and I’m really looking and feeling better now since 2019 when I started!! Four years and counting

Bit overwhelming initially but when you settle down, the help is great, the information is there and the training tips for over 40s are spot on. E.g. I had nagging discomfort on my left shoulder from bench pressing before but the suggested dumbbell decline made that instantly easier and the discomfort has now gone. I have only had the programme for around two weeks but can absolutely see benefits already. Looking forward to see results in the next two weeks!

Excellent program! Dr. A and his support team are excellent and very motivational! There is no competition, no judgment, only positive communication and feedback. I highly recommend the Facebook Group too.

I love this program . I have lost 25 lbs over the last 5 months. It has helped me improve my diet and in many ways I have has many nonscale victories during this time to include clothes fitting better tightening my belt up buying a new belt that fit my better. compliments from colleagues at work the feedback from emails .
