I am healthier physically
I am healthier physically, mentally, and emotionally as a result of this program. I looked for years for something to help me get it all together. This is it. Not just for 90 days as a quick fix, but for the rest of my life. Thank you FFP for giving me my health back.

REAL people, REAL program
This is the best structured plan I have used for better health and understanding it at my age. It is the most reasonable priced program you will find and no hidden charges or bs. I also love the podcast and weekly zoom help. REAL people are there to help!
