Love the website it is great. Only thing I wish you had was a Facebook group for people that are doing fit mother and fit father together.

The Fit Father Project is the real deal. I love the Fit Father Project and what it has allowed me to do. It's given me the program, tools, and support I need to commit to something for the long haul. It's not a quick fix. It's a complete lifestyle overhaul. Dr. A and the team have given a thoughtful approach of how to approach nutrition and exercise and developed a program that really works. As with any program, you'll get out what you put in. But commit to it and you'll see dramatic changes over the weeks and months as you get up, show up, and do the hard things to change your body and change your life.

Friendly presentation and honest. Suitable for different ages as it can provide a tailored diet and exercise taking into consideration the 'older' body which may have incurred injury in the past and provides techniques to overcome and avoid any new injury. Easy to follow video tutorial and frequent contact from the team once you have signed up.

I ordered the FFP 32oz. Yeti style drinking bottle. It is very nice and keeps my beverage of choice cold! Arrived quickly and in excellent condition as it was packed with bubble wrap.
