I am just now starting week four of Apex 10. I am down 14 pounds of fat already. Increased my weight by 5 pounds per rep. I know that I’ve put on muscle already just don’t know how much don’t know what my BMI is but I know it’s better than it was. I love the structure of the workouts, not randomly working out anymore. I also love the informative information besides physical exercise. I love the health plan, information on vitamins and proteins, etc. I believe this company truly cares about our health not just selling some fly by night exercise and fake lose weight overnight pills. Do the work, or don’t get the results!
