is not the first time ive had problems with this company ,should never run out of stock

I see all of the wonderful stories about how great this program was/is. But that was not my experience. It was literally a website, and you need to try and figure out what it is they want you to do. My hats off to all of those who got any help from customer service after reaching out and getting even more frustrated by being told it is all right there... Ok, I get it, you don't offer customer service... What was it I was purchasing? Everyone that rates this more than a 1 star... you had a WAY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE than I did. This feels like SCAM city.

Order was sent to incorrect address. Not willing to replace order.

Product is great but shipping needs a lot of improvements. Took over 2 weeks to reach me and shipping costs more as the product.

I placed an order several weeks ago. I received a partial order in a couple weeks. Been waiting for my other product…test booster for about a month. I’ve texted support four times for an update on shipment and no one has responded to me. Very disappointed….customer service, do better!

It makes me laugh that they want me to give them a review. look at how many stars I gave them.

This program is deliberately untruthful in it's marketing, bordering on a scam. It sells the "Old School Muscle" program as a weight loss and muscle building program, showing lots of photos and stories of overweight people, who have successfully used the program to lose weight and build muscle. It's only when you buy the actual full program and start to read through the PDF, does it tell you that it's only suitable for people with low body fat. It's also a complete technical dinosaur - no apps for gym etc which are standard today. It's all PDFs, emails and YouTube videos. The material, programs and information itself is really good, but the format is unusable as you aren't going to bring a laptop or printouts to a gym. Was probably appropriate in the 90s, but completely out of date and pretty useless today. Also not for people trying to lose weight.

I setup the subscription for monthly delivery of protein powder. I was running out of protein earlier than the next scheduled delivery and sent an email on 04/16 requesting to push up the delivery. I received a reply on 04/17 saying no problem and the shipment would be sent 04/17. I waited 10 days and finally emailed on 04/27 to inquire about the shipment. Was told the system rejected the order and no one followed up to tell me it wasn't being shipped. Then I changed to order 2 bottles every 40 days on 04/27. I was charged for 2 bottles, but only one arrived. I had to email again to inquire about the issue. I was told the order was not processed properly. So after 3 weeks and 4 or 5 emails, I finally received my total order. In the meantime, I had to go out and buy a different brand of protein powder while this mess was being sorted out. I signed up for the subscription for convenience and a reliable source. So far, my experience has not matched the basic expectations of your subscription program. I'm sending this in hopes that you can make improvements to the system. The product is great.
